That helps clarify things now. And yes, I was aware of the joint effort of SLMG and LUGS during SFD, but not that LUGS didn't have as much a part to play as I'd thought.
I'd decided on signing up and planned to pass my form to Harish during the upcoming Fedora launch party, but I think I should refrain and instead simply show up for SLMG meetups and other associations' events often.
