I have had some problems but they have ALL turned out to be me! The first problem I had was the ether and wireless dropping every now and then on my APPO POP. After a couple weeks I decided to swap it out and after getting it on the bench I saw that the top of the case had a crack in it. It was caused by the installer tightening the bracket too much. I dried it out, sealed the crack and now have a spare.
SB has been very very good to us! Fast support and good tech advice! I am happy to say I have a complete SB wireless network.
