Ok... Here's a big problem that's starting to just p*** me off... airPoint Pro (indoor)
Unit 1: Will not do any RF Output when in repeater mode... If I set it to AP mode, and reset it (holding in the reset button) and clicking the factory default's button... and spend 10 min or so doing this the unit will start sending RF packets... Now, the counters show that it's getting rf packets, but not a single tx packet... not even beacon's... Now, Unit 2: Same problems as Unit one, except with a twist... On the Tx packets for the RF interface, I see one broadcast... never anymore than that... and the Ethernet interface keeps resetting about every 2 min... This one is just going to be a normal AP... Has anyone ever seen anything like this before? On Unit 1 I'm trying to Associate it to an AP. I can see many AP's, but any of them I double click on it just counts down to 0 seconds and gives me the failed message. If I put the info (ESSID, BSSID, etc) in manually, as soon as I hit the Set Values button, it pop's up an error telling me it can't set it... Any idea's? Or do I have to RMA these units? I already have a handful of other ap's that I am having to rma...
