My supplier only has frame relay... So Im stuck with this.

But I still did not make it work !!!   I'm trying

I'm not a fan of Frame-relay.  If the POP you are connect through is
maxed out, then you will only get your guaranteed minimum.  It's great
as a backup because of the way they can reroute you.  Just my .02.
