I hate that . . . I think I recall Bellsouth only does Frame-relay. It'll work. It's setup similar to a T-1, but the guarantees and the routing are different. It really doesn't affect your setup, other than what you can tell your customers as far as bandwidth.
We used it at one point for a business I worked for. It was okay except we later discovered that we were only guaranteed 64k, but could burst to 512K.
