[smartBridges] Having throughput issues with APPO

Our wiPoP is having throughput issues.  We have it plugged into a switch that has our backhaul APPO plugged in.  We can plug a laptop into the switch and pull 4 megs all day.  But when we associate with the wiPoP we can only get 1 meg (total).   We have 150 feet of cat 5 and we're using an 18v power supply.  RSSI and LQ is 100%.  I can start a download (internal) and get 1-meg and on a second client (different ABO) start a download and both drop to 500k.   Does anyone have any ideas regarding this?
