Could they be turning the power down and then factoring in attenuation from cable loss and saying that the 7db is a the end of the cable?

Hello, You say it's not possible yet some third party company from Poland is doing this with your equipment? How's that possible, they know better about your devices than you? Or, if there really are sideband emissions, who's responsible when user is caught by local radio agency using this device - you, the producer (of product you don't seem to even know exists) or the distributor? This really sounds weird. Jurek Lars, You are correct about sideband suppression. We will take care of this issue on our next generation radio design. If it is possible to run them at 7dBm without any adverse effect on signal quality or stability, I'd do so in a heartbeat because it would allow us in ETSI land to use more powerful CPE antennas. I think someone mentioned problems with sideband suppression with regards to output below 11.5, but I might be mistaken. __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
