With the bad POE, do
you able to ping to the device nicely? There could be possibility that the
RJ45 has bad termination. Please try to ascertain that the bad POE is really
bad before RMA just the POE.

Last update even with the good POE
I found that logging in it would let me but would not let me save anything
just kept saying ABO not found even though I was logged into it?? I had to
HARD reset the ABO back to default even though it was already at default now
it lets me back in and change the password SSID etc. The bad POE lets me log
in and look as well but still will not let me save info. Very
strange..

192.168.0.22????? I have tried setting lan card to 10 meg 1/2 duplex no
better results??

Correction the
POE will work in X mode only and NOT in straight thru. But what is strange
if I hook it direct into a WAN port and straight thru mode it appears to
make the WAN port LEd light up and I then get LAN LED on ABO?? Yet if I
hook to straight thru direct to a PC or my laptop LAN card it will not
function??
