Everyone ship their bad units to Ray to test and see if he still has problems? Seems like some people have no problems which I find VERY hard to believe but then again?

I'm not suggesting that folks run out and abandon Smartbridges, in fact, we're having great success with them and will continue to use them when the application warrants. It just seems that over the past couple of weeks the same few people have been raising a sh** storm about how bad SB sucks. I'm not sure the main point of it. Are they trying to get the issue fixed? If so, work directly with the distributor or SB. Are they trying to warn others? If so, shouldn't they be trying other hardware and stop complaining about suggestions when the suggestions are anything other than SB? What is the true cost of a customer? What's the value of their good word about your service? Use good equipment and install it right, replace faulty equipment immediately, keep your customers happy. WISPs that are having these problems and leaving customers hanging are bad for all of us, they're giving our service (WISPs in general) a bad name. If you can't deliver the product as promised, get out. I know this sounds harsh but come on, be realistic about what you (and your equipment) can do.
