Try another POE and or power adapter and check the wiring Cat 5 possibly
water got into the jacket or at the connector...
Also if it is a NEWER one with the waterproof connector people say they have
been seeing issues with water still getting in so I would start there 1st. I
also had an ABT case start to warp with a big enough gap on the edge to let
water in and a few other people are starting to see the same issue as well.

Good luck and let us know what you find to confirm my suspicions of water
damage either in the unit itself or in the pigtail cat 5 connector.

The device IS NOT functioning either on the wireless side or on the ether.
side.

The only light working on the radio is the orange and it constantly flashes.

The light on the power injector also flashes until the cat 5 that runs to
the radio is unplugged from the power injector - at that point, the light on
the power injector stays on solid - when the cat5 from the radio is plugged
back into the pwoer injector, the green light on the power injector starts
flashing again.
