What you are saying is correct. But let me add this. It may save you some efforts.
In view of the recent heated exchanges on this forum, we have relaxed the RMA policy and you will be able to easily get the "Post June" units. A few people seem to be really hurt with the old units and for some reason the firmware upgrade did not work in their case. Perhaps these units were on the extreme of the timing margin. But overall, based on the large number of downloads counter, our data suggest that for most people the firmware upgrade solves the timing problem equally well. So in a way, if the firmware upgrade works, there is no real reason to go through the trouble of RMA the units. But we let you decide.
