Before you get too involved in the conspiracy theories, keep in mind that the
fact that they changed the channel on their APs does not necessarily mean that
they're trying to intentionally interfere with you. This is particularly true
since they just went live on Monday. Maybe after a few days they realized
that the channel they were on originally was seeing a lot of noise, so they
switched to what they thought was a cleaner channel. There could be a lot of
explainations.

Surely any halfway intelligent WISP would realize that by doubling up on the
same channels you're using, they'll be causing themselves just as much trouble
as they're causing you. After all, their equipment is probably just as prone
to noise as yours is.

Anyway, it's obviously very possible that they're messing with you. If they
are, they're idiots. Just make sure you have some proof before you start
taking drastic measures.

I've had numerous occasions where I've suspected foul play, only to find out
that the source of my trouble was the guy down the street who just bought a
2.4 video surveillance system, or the Cellular company that just started
backhauling on 2.4. So far, my conspiracy theories have always been disproven
after a little investigation.
