QYEs I am sure that this i swhat the problem is that users close p force the 
radio to 11 meg and are doing WELL! but the poor uers out beyond the range of 
11 meg cant get a solid stable link to do 11 meg and will oly have good thruput 
at 1 meg which the radio wont do because it is always active on 1 meg most the 
time unless no one else is online which seems to be the cae. I think like I 
said a ways bakc that I will have to set up more POPS closer to my furthest 
customers to compensate for this issue..
