Hi!

It has LED's but it only show the speed not the duplex from the LED.
The only evidence I have for it detecting the correct speed/duplex, is
the
fact that our enclosures with the Advantech switches are all working
nice.

So you can confirm it detects at 10 meg 1/2 duplex? How can you know for
sure 
does it have diagnostic LED's on it to determine what speed you are
connected

Is this a DC unit only? and if so what voltage I would think I would
need some 
kind of converter from AC to DC...
