We cover this type of topology in my area. 12dBi omni on the highest building would be the worst place to put it. Place the 12dBi omni on the lowest building. This will allow it to penetrate the other buildings (even if brick). Also, the omni's side lobes will be close enough to customers within that short buildiing to cover them as well -without overpowering the CPE radios.
With 12dB, you will be able to penetrate through the middle building and into the last building.

I can't draw maps. Three buildings in a row. Middle one is largest, 3 floor, one is two floor and other is ground floor. The ground floor building is 10 metres away, the 2 floor is 30 metres away from the antenna. If I put a 12db omni at the roof of the 3 floor middle one will I get good coverage at ground level?
