Seeni, No we have not tried the dial power since our signal strength at the AP is reporting only 45%.... That is equivalent to -73.5 dbm signal.
When we had the total, we had a link strength of -70 dbm... and had slower upload... That kind of supports your theory, but the signal is only -75.. so I can't believe I am "over powering" the receiver... I have other links which are much better and don't have this issue...
