Yes, to disable RTS/CTS set it to max. You should rarely ever set RTS/CTS on the device acting as an AP. Frag on the other hand can be set on both. There are several reasons not to set it on the AP though. Normally the AP can be heard by the bridge better than the other way around. Your RSSI levels will confirm this. Also, if you set frag on the AP it will effectively slow down client destined packets to everyone connected to it. Start with setting frag on the AB only. Take a look at this example: Internet - AP ------- CB - Client AP shows RSSI of 60% for CB CB shows RSSI of 80% for AP 80% can support a good link so no need yet to change frag on AP 60% is on the lower end of good. If there is any interference within sight of the AP it could overpower this weaker signal at times. Setting Frag on the CB will lessen the odds that a packet is interrupted during transmission.
