I agree.  I'm just pointing out that making it work _well_ with NFS is
almost certainly a much more substantial undertaking than a simple
one-inetd-service equals one-bonjour-service approach.  If your goal
is shipping a proof of concept quickly, the choice seems rather
obvious.
