whether this is just people dipping in to see how many they get, 
or the beginning of more activity, remains to be seen. I suppose 
it depends how much use they get from their bots, but I imagine 
a few Mac Pros with broadband are actually worth the trouble:-)

so currently pirating has become a higher-risk activity. Let's 
hope it stays (only) there (as I couldn't care less about that 
part of the community).

I still remember the days of Disinfectant and Mac viruses. They 
were very annoying but now the prospect of having someone log my 
keystrokes annoys me. It's a low-probablity, high-risk thing (ie 
if you're one of the 1/million people affected, you're REALLY affected:-)
