Thanks, Tony, I am just wondering if the current FMaker version we have installed on the Uni computers will handle Arabic texts. It does not handle Greek (no FM version does, as far as I know).
If this means we have to buy a specific MEstern InDesign version for Arabic, now we are in for a problem. As I am in charge of the module, I will have to look at in more detail. I am fully aware of the Unicode problem (we have Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Greek students and the keyboards are always messed up). Mellel is not an option as we work on Windows. Also, our jobs are created on Fm, InDesign or Quark. I will give it some more thought.
