I have QuarkXPress Version 6. It's newly re-installed from my CD on the instructions of the Technical Help person (trash this, trash that - the lot trashed!). Then I went to download 6.1 as you suggested, but when it came to installing it it stuck at "gathering information" (with the beachball going round forever). In the end I had to force quit. I have tried several times to download 6.1, but it always sticks at the same point. Do you think there might be something wrong with my QuarkXPress 6 CD? Could it have become corrupted?
