Hi John

iPhoto would be superb for this, you can use the built in book making
tools to sort the layout then print yourself or save as a PDF for the
e-version and for printing commercially. You can choose to use the
Apple printing service, I've been very happy with the results from
this. The hardback books might seem pricey but the production is
superb and the prints on nice Kodak stock.
