Ella,

You could try changing the WiFi channel the Voyager uses (if it¹s
controllable), I have heard that this will sometimes solve a connection
problem.

Restart everything when you make a change.

Another option is to change the security from settings WEP to WPA ­ but if
you are sure you have turned it off, then this is not relevant.
