Virginia, I have an iP-4000 and am running 10.6.3. I downloaded the Canon Printer up date patch through Software Update the other day and my printer is working fine. One thing I get caught out by sometimes is I have a choice of 2 iP-4000 s come up when I click on print. One shows just as iP-4000 and the other is iP-4000-1 as I set the printer up a second time to print via an Airport Express and if I choose the wrong one nothing happens. Hope that makes sense.
