Virginia, Taking stock; 1. When you use the Print Utility from your Mac you do get something to print 2. When you print text from an app you get nothing. Are you saying that the end result is just feeding of blank sheets through the printer, a blank page being used and the printer seeming to be printing (line by line paper movement), or nothing happens at all. 3. I infer that any document that you try to print disappears from the print queue, is this correct? Have you tried printing text in a single colour other than black? If this works then you definitely have blocked black nozzles and the only way that I know is to repeatedly run the utility to clean the black nozzles in the hope that they unblock. If not your printer may well be doomed. You could also try printing in a very dark grey, like Lead in the Apple crayon colour palette, as a temporary measure until you decide what to do.
