Dear Sam,

Thank you for your explanation, and your help.

It does offer me to reuse a previous backup (I'm on 10.6.5): but not the right
one. It offers my wife's machine's backup. I don't want to damage her backup,
and I can't find a way to access other backups (ie mine).

Any suggestion?

Thanks a lot, Ranulph
