I ran Rapport for approx. 4 hours a few months back. As my machine fought back in a grindingly slow way I disabled it and have left it like that ever since. I still growl every time I log in to my Alliance and Leicester account and get invited to employ it to assist me in keeping myself safe.
So to sum up I would leave it alone - not sure what everyone else thinks?
