Rapport is one of the worst security programs available. Words are not enough
to describe how shoddy it is.

I removed it from a pc once because it was randomly resetting any cursor
position while my client was typing. It would beep, then move the cursor out of
anything he was typing, even a word document. He'd then have to click back
where he was typing and continue.

Install it on a Mac and watch the errors flood into the console when Safari is
open.

I would rather install Norton Utilities and have it "fix" all errors on my
system than use Rapport on any platform.

When uninstalling it they're even so desperate as to offer a remote desktop
session to see if they can't fix their poorly written excuse for a security
program.

I even emailed HSBC to complain about it and ask them to stop requesting I
download it every time I log into Internet banking. Their response was talk to
trusteer who make it.
