Thank you both, that's brilliant - two answers in less than 20 minutes.
Wouldn't get this kind of support if I paid for it! I think I will disable
the program today (it comes with an uninstaller file).

I would still be interested to hear any other opinions though, I must have
missed Sam's mail.

Can anyone tell me how to get feedback from the computer after a freeze?
