Individuals are obviously welcome to report issues to apple (though here, it's 
not much more than 'someone I know on a list is having a problem, see below') 
but I dont feel disposed to put the group down as a signatory. 

If they are pop servers I bet Mailsmith would cope but I imagine they are imap?
