They seem to be affiliated with City Studios, a web design agency in Brighton - there's a link to them on the main page - http://www.citydesignstudios.co.uk/. I say that because elsewhere there are testimonials for the hosting AND design services. Worth a go, anyway.
Failing that, is there a form you can fill in saying you want to order something from them and pay them lots of money. In my experience that usually gets people's attention more quickly - then you can talk to them about what you really need.
