repair/replacement through your household contents insurance policy
(if it covers accidental damage).
the USB all seems ok. The computer works fine except that none of the FW
ports work, and it won't recognise the hardwaretest disk. I found a BT
keyboard with option down did NOT bring up the 'choose disk' dialog but
an old mac usb one did. The OS X installer disk showed up to boot from,
but not the hardware disk.
Are there other diagnostic tools that mimic or surpass the
Apple-supplied Hardware disk?
