Thanks Jason. I switched the account on and off, but no change. I also reset the password (I got a message saying that either the user name or password were incorrect) but no good.
It still keeps telling me that the mail server is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail settings. Any ideas what to do next?! Thanks.
