Check the settings are correct by logging into mail2web.com, if they're correct 
you should be able to see the contents of your inbox. Try deleting the account 
from your iPhone and check the settings on the iMac's mail program to see how 
long it's leaving mail on the server for. If the iMac is deleting mail from the 
server it won't show up on the iPhone.

If both devices (iMac and iPhone) are picking up email at the same time and 
both using POP, the two connections will conflict. Only IMAP allows for 
multiple connections to the same mailbox.
