If you google "iCloud you can't sign in at this time", you'll see that a
lot of people are unable to login on their Macs. Some seem to have fixed
it by deleting the iCloud accounts folder in Application Support and/or
by switching off Little Snitch if they have that. This hasn't helped
everybody though and doesn't work for me. So I can login to icloud.com,
iTunes store, in Win7 on the pc and on my iPod, but NOT on my iMac
(10.7.3) - which makes it pretty redundant really :(

I have been avoiding iCould: I have yet to hear anyone sing its praises. All I
hear is problems. I've also been avoiding Lion for similar reasons although one
replacement machine came with Lion resident, so I've had to try it.
Now I'm told that my mobile.me account is going to close soon. I'd thought it
was next summer, but I wonder if anyone knows when the date actually is?
And has anyone any tips for transferring to iCloud and then for using it? I
guess the teething troubles have been sorted out by now?
I used to go for new systems the moment they came out. Not any more! They seem
to cause many people a lot of trouble. I realise the new stuff is more complex
(and/or possibly less well written) than the old.
Thanks for any tips.
