I like to keep a clear inbox, so as they come in, reply quickly, or file them in specific folders to reply to later. These folders are Google labels in essence, but appear in Mail as folders.
But, in doing so, I lose the thread feature, which leaves for a cluttered folder. If I setup a smart mailbox, eg. To Action, could I move things into it, thus removing them from the Inbox but remaining in the Smart Mailbox until I replied and deleted? Any help, advice, or better ideas gratefully received as I've never used this Mail feature....
