Hi guys,

I'm trying to fix a problem I have regarding the subject from this email. I
bought 2 x 4GB RAM (same brand from my Mac Mini) to upgrade my Mac mini.
When I restart the Mac with both 4GB in, the Mac can't restart.

Then I tried:

1GB(slot1) and 4GB(slot2) and works fine.
4GB(slot1) and 1GB(slot2) and works fine.

Anyone know what can be the problem, when I have both 4GB looks like the
Mac is not getting any RAM to start. I checked different website but can't
find the answer to this. Should I just use 5GB RAM instead of the 8GB?

Any help about this issue would be appreciated

Regards,

Al
