Thanks for your reply. I bought the RAM on Ebay, same brand as my 1GB RAM
(Samsung) both 4GB works fine but not together and they work fine on both
slots. I swap them few times I just found this thread online

where they think is maybe to do with the EFI Firmware, so I tried to update
it from here:

http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1479

And it didn't work I think because System Requirements are Mac OS 10.7.2
and I've got OS 10.7.4

Don't think is any update for the OS 10.7.4

I just trying to see if I found something online :(
