So far I think it's a big step forward. Aside from the visual facelift dragging 
it into the modern age and the removal of the horrendous skeuomorphism, the 
remote activation-lock should hopefully bring down iPhone thefts.

Not too sure about the iBeacon technology, hopefully retailers will use it 
sparingly and we won't be bombarded with localised adverts & offers as we walk 
through shops.

Haven't managed to get AirDrop to recognise my fiancée's phone yet, but then 
there are already hundreds of pictures of our dog on there, no need to transfer 
any more to her.
