It's not that bad really:

Buy a password manager - I'd suggest 1Password (
https://agilebits.com/onepassword ) but I'm sure there are others.
Wait for a rainy, grim day, grey blanket overcast day
Get a nice cup of tea/coffee and some cake
Work through them slowly putting each relevant one in your new application
Breathe a long sigh of relief.
Have more tea/coffee and cake and congratulate yourself on a job well done.

You may want to rinse and repeat with the most important ones and use your new
application's options for generating complex passwords and update your
"paSSword123" passwords (!??!) but probably not needed all at once.

"I can hardly say [to my son], 'Darling, do all this training and the best
thing will be Celebrity Dog Watch'. Take away the talent shows, celebrity cook
shows, skating, dog training, dancing, putting people on an island - and what's
left? "I've been asked to go on all of them," [Nicholas Lyndhurst] admitted.
