Sam, Thank you for your suggestions. I had tried them all except for downloading drivers from Apple website. This I have now done. Now it will not print, copy or scan! So I have now lost printing. Even the On/Off button has stopped working properly. No response from HP Forum yet. According to my research it is still under warranty but not sure if this still applies as I bought it on eBay. I cannot get hold of HP Support as I should be able to under warranty.
