That’s a good point Nick. I couldn’t initially update Numbers either - got the same error. However, Numbers WAS on the purchased tab and so I was able to download that. :-)
I could not (and still cannot) download Pages though. I used the Apple ID support and requested a call. Here’s how to get there: www.apple.com/support <http://www.apple.com/support> Scroll down the page to “Get help with Apple ID” - click the link Click on “Contact Support” in the left hand column Click on the box titled “iTunes Store & App Store” Click on the box titled “The topic is not listed” You should be able to find your way from there.
