Dear Smuggers,

I have not been able to install the last 2 updates on my iPhone 5S, so it's
currently 9.3.4.

I have tried to restore it in iTunes, but every time I try to back up, I get
the message that it can't be backed up because the backup was corrupt or not
compatible. It tells me to delete the backup, but when I've searched in
Settings, I can only see the backup for my iPad.

I've tried the other things suggested by Apple - turning my Macbook and iPhone
on and off and my MacBook software is up to date. Should I just reset my
iPhone? (I'm a wimp about doing this).

Best wishes
Catherine
