I have deleted AVG So I was able to delete these suspect e-emails.  I not 
completely unprotected because I have also cleanmymac3 on my Mac; I suspected 
AVG was the problem. So what alternatives are out there please?  AVG had the 
benefit of being free.  Alas there is no such thing as a free lunch of course!!
