Hi,

We recently renewed our contract with Plusnet on condition that they provided 
their latest router (no need for old Open Reach modem) and reduced the monthly 
fee. The new router is far superior - the old one had progressively got worse 
and worse.

I’m sure Sam’s recommendation is spot-on but having a word with Plusnet might 
save you a few quid.
