and how many 8 yr olds do you know that have money for fines? how is he gonna learn from a parent dishing out money?

If talking to him doesn't teach him the lesson, maybe having to pay a fine will. But I

do think this teaches kids at an early age that their parents can't always get them out of a situation they have gotten themselves into. Would you all be bitching if it was a 19 y/o that was riding his bike and hit a car?


I think there is a major diffrence between an 8 yr old child and a 19 yr old adult.
