I've tried the AP power cycle, but it was too easy. I've reset most of the laptop settings, to have everything on, all the time, and it stayed up most the night, but died at 3am. Usually, it appears something in the wireless driver gets hosed. I have a set of minimal drivers I'm going to try this weekend.
