I'd add a UPS and a rolling cart. Use the UPS to power your AP and the rolling cart
to easily move both around the premesis.

I think it is also important to make sure you know what sort of informaiton you hope
to get from the site survey.

If you are wanting to check the existing RF conditions, you really need a good
spectrum analyzer. It'll show you problems areas and help you find competing sources
of interference. Something that won't show up if you are just using Netstumbler and a
Cardbus adapter.

A common mistake I see is using a high powered/high sensitivity card when doing the
site survey to plot out where to put your APs. Don't use a high sensitivty card if
most of your users are going to be using Centrino or retail grade Cardbus adapters.
Use what they are going to use. A high end card can get a good connection in places
where the typical user won't even be able to see the AP.
