Hi Chris,

Check out this site. Though you don't have to buy their kit, you will come
to know what all the things that you need and you can collect them.

Subject: [SOCALWUG] Putting together a site survey kit

I'm trying to put together a site survey kit for 802.11b/g
applications. The sites I would be visiting would mainly be for indoor
applications but, there would be a small number of courtyard/garden
requirements also.

I would like to include a variety of antennas but, I think it
would be impractical to bring one of everything. What do you think
would be an essential assortment?

Some of the other things I'm thinking of including: A tri-pod,
digicam, duct tape, painter's tape, extension cord, ethernet cables,
folding traffic cones, ruler, flashlight, extra paper and writing
utensils.

Any advice and feedback would be appreciated.
