But this is why I said earlier Chad is a lost cause. He is incapable of learning, incapable of understanding how those around him see him and confuses detail like his beliefs about ODF with the social attitudes and emotions he signals to others. He is in constant denial and will blame everyone but himself. He has no concept that what he said to Marco would be viewed by most people as racist. I have personally spent a lot of time trying to be helpful to Chad because I wouldn't readily exclude anyone. I have had private E-mails from others on the lists asking me why I am so patient with him.
